Children in our care demonstrate significant progress, nurtured by trusting relationships with their foster carers. Our carers provide tailored care to meet each child’s specific needs, demonstrating commitment and working collaboratively with professionals to achieve the best outcomes. Children consistently express their happiness and sense of safety with their foster carers, with one child sharing, “There is nothing that I don’t like living with them [carers].” Another added, “I’m happy here, and I feel safe.”
Leaders and managers at Following Whispers prioritise the well-being of the children. They work proactively with responsible authorities to secure suitable educational opportunities for children not currently in school. They maintain a thorough understanding of each child’s progress, and external professionals consistently commend the agency’s collaborative approach.
We have established robust safeguarding procedures to protect the welfare of children, with strong multi-agency partnerships to achieve the best possible outcomes.
